Mark has worked in the food industry for more than 35 years. Starting out as a dishwasher and moving into large scale cooking At Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. Growing up in the maritimes near Peggy’s Cove, his love for open water has never ceased. Mark has a love of animals and especially wolves.
In his role as Chef, Mark likes to create meals that vary in different styles. He likes to create menus with the many wedding couples, that represent who they are. By doing this he stretches his cooking style and learns new and wonderful meals for the reception dinners.
